 The panel consists of:

Areas covered will include:

  • What is the cost of duplicated and fragmented reference data as absolute cost and its effect on downstream reconciliation issues etc. What are strategies for sourcing data at the right price?
  • What are experiences of data management applications? Ideally clean processes such as account opening, when supported by data management applications can push out the right data across all enterprise consuming systems? What are experiences of driving to this goal?
  • Industry trends such as industry reference data utilities.
  • Current theory suggests that if a process is not providing competitive advantage then it is a candidate for outsourcing.  What about the operations of data management?
