The key to our success on any Consultancy Project is the following:

• Senior Level Consultants

The majority of Lepus’ consultants are partner level and typically bring 15 to 20 years of relevant experience to any project. They will be domain level experts in their field they specialise in, and hence will add value from the outset with reduced bedding – in time creating added value from the outset.

• Fixed Price

Where possible Lepus will undertake each stage of the project on a Fixed Price basis, this will allow a true overall picture of the cost from the onset. Where the client prefers to operate on a time and materials basis we can also accommodate this.

• Fast Delivery

The key feature of having domain experts working on projects is that the deliverables can be achieved in a shorter time line than the traditional method using less experienced and non practising banking Consultants. This also ensures the overall cost of a Project will be lower than other methodologies

• On site as needed

Lepus consultants will be only on site as needed; this will also reduce the need of using up valuable office space when carrying out a project.

• Knowledge Transfer and Mentoring

Lepus will ensure that knowledge transfer will be a key element to any project. We will, as much as the client requires, mentor your own staff, helping to keep your costs down, to ensure your own team can carry on with the project as it passes its peak and hence act as a conduit for skill transfers to any project or change program.

Lepus through it’s Associate Program are able to bring on board various teams of Consultants with varying specialisations and hence reduce your own time in needing to contact individuals or organisations you are not familiar with or with whom you do not have a track record.
